JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
Miller Bros Solar, LLC is a top-five O&M service provider for the PV and Battery Storage North American market, with headquarters in Conshohocken, PA.
JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks to support the executive team. Role will be on site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions Of The Job
Duties will include:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Schedule meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
High School diploma or GEDAssociate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum Experience and Special Requirements
1+ years of experience within an administrative role
Ability to collaborate and coordinate well with peers and other personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
Proficiency with MS Office applications to include, but not limited to, MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, as well as an ability to learn new computer programs without difficulty.
