Experience writing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Test plans, and Test cases
Database experience with Oracle/MS SQL Server
MS tools skills – Outlook, Word, Visio, and should be especially familiar with Excel.
Keen attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expert knowledge of SDLC
Construction or Capital-intensive job-costing industry experience.
Experience with Capital Planning Systems, Quality Control or Service Request Management preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
Training development experience
Custodian of service request process from end to end.
Collaborate with business and the Information Technology (IT) Department to determine the objective of service requests to facilitate implementation of new or improved processes/systems, and resolution of issues.
Effectively communicate, manage and champion service request expectations in a timely and clear fashion.
Collaborate with testing staff on test criteria and test plans involving multiple applications. Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the business and development teams.
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress.
Participate in meetings and provide feedback regarding issues, improvements and prioritization of work efforts to ensure applications support, needs as provided by lines of business.
Review business requirements with stakeholders, and technology team to ensure understanding of project requirements.
Document and distribute minutes, as applicable.
Support team with other assignments, as needed.
