About the role
As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the firm’s CRM platform, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information. Other key responsibilities include:
Researching and completing profiles in the firm’s CRM database
Ensuring the integrity of the data by processing duplicates and verifying information
Making recommendations regarding the system configuration and/or processes for data collection
Exporting, analyzing, and reporting data for business development efforts
Leading audit and data clean-up projects
Working on special projects as needed
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including effective interpersonal communications and the ability to interact with people at all organizational levels
Have a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude
Have strong attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically
Familiarity with large data sets, databases, and Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience in a Business Development or Marketing role with related analytical experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred
Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, developing analysis, and producing reports
