POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead is a key player/coach position responsible for driving daily performance on multiple campaigns. This position will rotate between 2-3 campaigns as dictated by call volume and wait time. Campaign lead will manage 4-6 employees under the guidance of the Call Center Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

Monitor queues and make calls depending on what campaign(s) are in the most need of help
Directly supervise a team of 4-6 employees to drive campaign performance and Envision core values.
Maximize call activity to hit daily/weekly/monthly quota
Be an example of dedication and focus that leads others to excellence through action
Excited about using and training consultative selling strategies to convert prospects who are on the fence
Extremely self-motivated. Supported by an exceptional team with a high level of autonomy

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience:

Previous call center or customer services experience preferred
Previous supervisor experience is preferred

Knowledge/Skills:

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Leadership through example
Computer and data entry skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility of availability
Dependable transportation and punctual attendance
Shifts: Up to 40 hours per week. Weeknights until 8pm and Saturdays 10am-5pm.

VISION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
