Community Manager Job in UMH Properties, Inc.

The Community Manager is the Company’s representative to residents and potential residents. His or her job responsibilities include, but are not limited to collecting rent, selling and renting out homes, maintaining and inspecting the community, enforcing community rules and regulations, supervising maintenance staff and filing eviction complaints against residents who are delinquent in paying their rent or in violation of community rules and other duties as assigned.
