Customer Service Representative, Peconic Bay Medical Center Job in TVR Communications

pCare is seeking an energetic Hospital Customer Service Representative to support patients and staff with hospital room communications and entertainment via TV and telephone service. Successful candidates will feel comfortable working throughout the hospital in a patient care environment and combine an outstanding work ethic with a passion for patient care by delivering high-end quality products and services.
As a representative, you will:
Engage with and assist patients throughout the hospital, helping them utilize their TV and phones
Perform basic troubleshooting and work with our support group to resolve any technical issues
Handle basic account management/documentation of activities
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with patients and staff
Required Criteria
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Excellent team player
Professional attitude and manner
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to submit to an annual flu shot and medical requirements from the hospital
Be able to climb a 6-foot ladder as needed
Requires availability for the following days/hours:
Peconic Bay Medical Center, 1300 Roanoke Ave. Riverhead, NY 11901
Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
