Global Client Service Job in Trinity IT Services

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the timely resolution of trade related inquiries
· Inquiries can range from what is the status of a trade, to how to instruct a trade, to physical registration inquiries, to IPO processing etc.…
· Direct Client engagement with Asset Managers, Financial Institutions or 3rd party middle office providers
· Ability to anticipate the clients full ask/additional questions that they may have and provide a comprehensive response
· Education of clients on how to self-service inquiries e.g., leveraging on-line status messaging, SPO reporting, transaction reporting, Market Practice Guides etc.…
· Inquiries are non-stp and the focus is on improving STP i.e., reducing inquiries
· Identifying trends and opportunities to improve/engage with clients/local market providers
· Escalation of high priority/time sensitive activity – still need to execute but make managers aware
· Working with other internal divisions to address repair items (Trade Management, Corp Actions, Funds Transfer)
· Daily workflow oversight/execution of daily trade entry/execution of client trade instructions
· Working with clients to remediate poor client behavior e.g., poor trade instruction format
· Working with clients to transition clients to automated mediums
· Familiarity with Markets and Market requirements (laisse with Registration, Network and Tax teams)
· Account and Market Opening
· Coordinate with Account opening team in Krakow
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
