What you should know about the Internet Banking Associate role:
Responsible for the enrollment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Signature’s Business and Personal banking
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

Review SIB requests which are submitted by Signature’s Bankers via DocuSign, the SIB Portal, or the SIB Board (Sharepoint). Technically create and maintenenace Users and their applicable access(Standard Services/Accounts) on the BST Platform.
Review client account documentation to ensure Internet Banking setups are correctly allocated (i.e. corporate agreements, signers, owners, etc.); ensure documentation satisfies security measures, compliance, bank regulations.
Answer questions & respond to email & calls from PCGs regarding Client enrollment, maintenance, troubleshooting, SIB forms, and more (etc.). Speak to Clients directly in regard to their intial SIB Enrollment (process/credentials-Standard Services).
Submit reviewed Internet Banking Requests via Workflow System for Manager Approval. After completion of User set-up (Standard Services/Accounts)-push CM (Cash Management)related requests (Business ACH/Wires) to CM on Workflow.
Maintain spreadsheets for Consumer ACH Transfer and Ad-Hoc Exceptions.
Provide back-up to Cash Management Client Services, answer phone calls from Private Client Groups regarding general ACH and Wire queries.
Process e-reports as needed.

To be successful, your background should match these qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years of related experience
Three years banking or financial services call center experience a plus
Internet Banking, business accounts, client documentation.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Technically savvy and comfort in dealing with clients over the phone.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently
Detailed oriented, organized, dedicated professional
Proactive/motivated – good problem solving skills
