IT Help Desk Technician Job in Mason Industries Inc.

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician with some experience troubleshooting and repairing computer systems.
Responsibilities include: · Providing technical assistance to end users with their Windows based computers, in-house software, Office 365 email, and printers.· Assist users with arranging and setting up conference calls using meeting software (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)· Contacting software vendors to arrange installation or troubleshooting· Maintain company computer inventory and asset tagging· Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policy
Experience/Skills: · Using and troubleshooting Windows 10/11· Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)· Strong verbal and written communication· Ability to move computer equipment, sometimes up to 50lbs· Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor· Degree in Computer Science is a plus but not necessary if willing to actively learn
