Marketing and Communications Manager Job in Fifth Avenue Association

The Fifth Avenue Association is looking to expand and grow its presence online and on social media. Our goal is to create and share content that will be relevant for millions on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok, in an original and engaging manner.
You need to be able to identify items of interest, write beautifully, and engage with our online audience, as well as develop a relationship with stakeholders in our area, and come up with ideas independently to tell the story of Fifth Avenue. You will create metrics to analyze the impact of our digital presence.
Additional responsibilities include:
Develop long-term social strategy and social calendar
Create digital content for all platforms
Research and outreach to influencers and other partners on Fifth Avenue for social campaigns
Maintain a contact list and develop and send out weekly newsletter
Regularly update website content using Contentful
Manage SEO consultant and web developers for website development and campaigns
Manage digital ads on Google Adwords and social platforms
Track website metrics using Google Analytics
Create monthly reports for each platform
Manage monthly photographer asks and outreach
Manage event invites and graphics as needed
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing to tell the story of Fifth Avenue across our digital platforms.
Experience with luxury brands, real estate, public spaces and life, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok will be taken in consideration. Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is also desirable.
Previous experience and demonstrable achievements in social media and communications campaigns are required. Experience with photography, photo editing, and graphics software is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
