The Brand Marketing Manager will be part of the Branding & Sponsorships team, helping to support the ongoing health and vibrance of NewYork-Presbyterian’s Masterbrand and Stay Amazing anthem. This individual will support and drive workstreams related to brand rollout, maintenance and inclusion in all marketing and communications work across the enterprise. The manager will also evaluate and generate insights and tracking against key brand metrics through brand trackers, competitive research, focus groups and more. This position will partner across the organization to advise and consult on brand implementation to maintain consistency and integrity.
Essential Job Duties
Help to develop marketing plans that support campaigns designed to establish awareness, brand reputation, and consideration/conversion tactics.
Project manage multiple projects (campaign work, market research efforts, media buying, creative development and more).
Manage the market research and competitive tracking design, gathering inputs from NYP partners and managing realization through outside vendors; help interpret findings to drive ongoing refinements and actions that increase the brand’s visibility and impact.
Ability to interpret and analyze data and market inputs from multiple sources across channels to gather insights and to help shape ongoing strategy in partnership with leader and team.
Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting and competitive tracking that informs and supports marketing departments’ business needs.
Assist Senior Manager and full team on tactics and activities that support dissemination, alignment and enhancement of brand work across the entire organization and with key partners.
Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
A minimum 8-10 years digital marketing experience with a corporation or advertising agency.
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, a proven track record of success.
Working knowledge in CRM, Marketing Automation and Analytics tools.
Demonstrated experience in synthesizing data into stories.
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, and to be able to communicate directly with various personnel at the hospital such as physicians, their staff and other healthcare professionals.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook).
Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability for flexibility in scheduling, as some evenings and weekends may be required.
