Medicare Insurance Broker Recruiter (Remote) Job in GarityAdvantage Agencies

GarityAdvantage Agencies is a national field marketing organization specializing in the senior market. We offer independent insurance brokers a broad portfolio of Medicare and related senior products from top carriers combined with a diverse menu of innovative sales and marketing tools, live and virtual training, and helpful services designed to support their selling efforts.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team to prospect for and attain top broker talent in the Medicare insurance marketplace. This individual is responsible for developing new broker relationships to expand our presence in key markets throughout the country. The successful candidate will to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates through ongoing phone-based recruitment calls, innovative sourcing strategies and networks, relationship building with carrier representatives, and the ability to present training and sales meetings both virtually and on-site. The Recruiter will need to have/obtain in-depth product/market knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills and a ‘closer’ mentality to recruit independent insurance brokers and agencies and lead them on the path to sales.
Responsibilities include:
Actively prospect in key markets throughout the country to generate interest and new broker contracts
Leverage outbound calling to known and unknown lead sources do develop and nurture a pipeline of leads
Work with local Carrier reps to develop training and local market selling opportunities to support recruitment efforts
Expand the number of contracts for each broker within both Medicare and ancillary products lines
Work closely with Lead Generation, Broker Support, Marketing and Ancillary Product teams to drive new business.
Coach/train key brokers/agencies to sell and sell more effectively by hosting one-on-one, webcast, and seminar-based training.
Manage key accounts within the territory to ensure optimal commitment and performance
Become product expert for the market(s) served and share knowledge with rest of the team
Build/maintain strong relationships with all carrier reps in territory
Travel within territory as needed
Maintain/update CRM system to ensure agent records are up to date
Willingness to leverage social media and other tools to develop and manage new agent leads

Additional information:
Proficient use of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, GoToMeeting and CRM tools
Social media experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter is a plus.
Sales experience preferred
Insurance broker experience preferred
Medicare experience/knowledge preferred
