AV-Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical, and computing industry, seeks a Video Teleconferencing Technician for onsite support. Must have great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector, with comprehensive audio video skills. Ideal candidate would have Associates level college degree in a technology related field and/or minimum 2 years of previous employment with AV support responsibilities in the AV industry.
Our corporation is looking for an individual who possesses a full understanding of all areas of the A/V field including but not limited to:
Well-rounded audio and video background/knowledge
Working knowledge of Cisco AV technologies
Strong working knowledge of bridging technologies such as VQ Conference Manager, Cisco Meeting Management, TelePresence Management Suite.
Experience with online conferencing platforms(Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Zoom Conferencing)
Working knowledge and some experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Endpoints e.g. C, SX and DX series
Strong IP knowledge
Act as a subject matter expert in video and collaboration technology and solutions
Have excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Primary Support to bridges operations for not only daily VC connections but also global production events, webcast, and town halls
Primary contact for the day-to-day operations, hotline assistance, inbox assistance and monitoring of the video infrastructure including MCU’s and software related to connectivity of multipoint calls
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency support (subject to Ad Hoc/Out of Hours Fees.)
Ability to work with an onsite AV team daily
