Office Assistant Job in Advanced Cellular Solutions, Inc

We are seeking a motivated Office Support Assistant to join our team! Position is an entry level mix of administrative and clerical work, specialized support and involves a high degree of independent judgment, action, and ownership of administrative functions with directly related to execution.
Primary role: Office Assistant to the owner; providing a variety of clerical and other support functions. This includes many ad-hoc requests due to the ever-evolving industry we are in, and pro-actively managing compliance requirements.
Performs functions requiring the application of operational protocols and industry requirements. This includes support in areas such as scheduling, documentation, township filings, licensing/labor/safety compliance as required by the governing agencies.
Accurate and timely preparation of project specific documentation to be utilized daily by field technician, inspectors, subcontractors, etc.
Prepares and communicates instructions and directives regarding changes and clarification of policy and assists with proper implementation.
Composes or drafts correspondence involving the interpretation of agency rules, regulations, and program responsibility.
Researches assigned issues, compiles pertinent program or fiscal information, and prepares ad hoc reports, spreadsheets or presentation(s) as needed.
Receives general supervision, understands desired objectives and self manages successful achievement results.
Other related work as assigned.

Technological competence with PCs and common, widely used, software applications (primarily Microsoft Office).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
