HYBRID ROLEDEPARTMENT: Performance Management, Measurement & Improvement (PMMI)REPORTING TO: Senior DirectorDESCRIPTIONThe Operations Evaluation Analyst is responsible for gathering, validating, optimizing and interpreting data sets, conducting quantitative and qualitative statistical analyses and modeling to inform decision making for continuous quality improvement (CQI) for all programs under CGS?s auspice including all DOHMH, OMH, OPWDD, OCFS, ACS and ORR regulated programs.
Project manage information systems development and implementation initiatives that align with value-based outcome measures
Establish and maintain data management and data dictionary across technology platforms and reporting
Develop a thorough understanding of the practice workflows for each individual program, and how it uses the respective data platforms
Design and prepare management reports defining and evaluating programmatic operational challenges and solutions
Create modeling for value-based care
Automate regular reporting
Provide support and guidance to develop PMMI team members to increase their skills in the following areas:
Data management and analysis
Development and implementation of data tools, forms, trackers, etc.
Ability to create and present clean dashboarding for all programs
