Purchasing and inventory control for the Maintenance Department and DC Operations to ensure that the facility runs efficiently. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Cycle counts to ensure that parts are available when needed. Generates work orders through the MP2 (Maintenance Management) system. Receives and distributes supplies as needed. Enters inventory data into MP2 system. Sends out equipment for repair. Records technician’s time on work order and then closes them out. Downloads parts scanned out into MP2 system. Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety. Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment with the Maintenance department. Follows all Company policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned. Position Requirements

Education: High School preferred.
Experience : Four to six months work experience preferably in a purchasing/inventory environment. Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
Physical Requirements : Able to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. These tasks require the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The Team Member should have adequate fitness level to meet the demands of frequent lifting, walking, standing, moderate climbing, occasional sitting, stooping and kneeling with or without reasonable accommodation. Team Member will be required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per Distribution Center requirements.
Working Conditions: Team Member will work in a climate controlled (office) atmosphere; however there may be frequent exposure to the Distribution Center (non-climate controlled). Team Member may also be exposed to moving mechanical parts or equipment, fumes and airborne particles as regulated by OSHA.
Availability : Team Member will perform shift work and must be willing to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.
