Projects Coordinator Job in Real Estate Management / Developer

Projects Coordinator for Family Owned Real Estate Management/Developer with Headquarters in Mamaroneck, NY.
40 Year Established Management company, who owns and manage their own properties, seeks a responsible, organized, well-spoken, smart, hard-working individual.
Person will be responsible for the following duties:
– Acting as a go-between for office staff- Interfacing in person, over the phone and via email with future tenants, staff, owners, contractors, vendors, violations attorneys, litigation attorneys
– You will handle violations, lease renewals, collections, coordinate boilers and elevators inspections
– Will work closely and under the direction of the Managing Agent
Mandatory Qualifications:
– Professional demeanor both in person and over the phone- Must be able to use a computer efficiently
– Attention to detail
– Ability to follow directions
– Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, clearly and professionally at all times
– Ability to Multi-task
– Ability to work independently and/or as part of the group- Some Management Skills
– Some knowledge of Residential and Commercial Real Estate
– Some knowledge of construction and renovations
– Work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Reside near Mamaroneck, NY – we are one block from the MetroNorth train station. We are very accessible by train.
– Eager to learn new things and take the bull by the horn!
Items we are looking for, but are not necessary:
– Spanish speaking- Worked previously in property management
Starting date would be ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
8 hour shift
Day shift
