What you’ll do:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and hard-working individual to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Tripadvisor. You will have an interest in recruiting and be eager to learn our business. You will have the opportunity to work with our global recruiting teams and get exposure to all aspects of a recruiting organization.
This is a contract, remote position with the ability to work full-time hours and long term for the right individual.

First and foremost, ensure a positive candidate experience by working directly with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews, and address any issues that arise
Ability to adapt, flex and problem solve as it relates to coordination of all aspects of talent acquisition as assigned: from scheduling interviews, answering candidate questions, and managing up as situations arise
Work well alongside the other recruitment coordinators as work is assigned, distributed, and problem-solved
Assist with new hire orientation as assigned by other members of the talent acquisition team
Update and maintain applicant tracking system / candidate database (Greenhouse)
Generate and process confidential offer documents, distribute and collect employment applications and other documentation
Manage initiation of background checks for new hires
Support the recruiting team in the planning and execution of recruiting focused events as assigned
Assist with additional ad hoc projects as assigned by talent acquisition leadership related to all aspects of the recruitment life cycle

What we are looking for

Prior internship experience in recruiting or human resources related role is preferred, with particular experience handling confidential information and problem-solving in real time
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow up
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
Trustworthy and able to act with discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information
Customer service mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
