Role
A Senior Associate in ISD Analytics develops and maintains client relationships, supporting the Client Services teams to provide support to clients and resolve queries.

Responsibilities
This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain a broad perspective on various fixed income products including government and agency securities, corporate high grade, high yield and emerging market securities, mortgage- and asset-backed securities, preferred stock, futures, and derivatives products. Key responsibilities include:

Act as a first point of contact for institutional clients, taking ownership for the resolution of analytics queries, engaging directly with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their use cases and business needs
Assist with price-yield and option-adjusted calculations, duration and convexity analysis, portfolio optimization, risk analysis, return attribution, and comparison of portfolios to a benchmark, as well as assisting with Consulting projects
Work as a mentor to more junior colleagues on the team
Assist senior developers in testing new products
Build and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clients receive the best possible service

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering
Knowledge of fixed income securities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
